Q: What are your earring posts made of?

A: We only use the highest quality Titanium for our earrings.  Titanium is great for people who have allergies or are sensitive to various metals, it is hypoallergenic and nickel-free.  Titanium is highly resistant to corrosion, and it is chemically inert. 

Q: Can I shower or get the earrings wet?

A:  No.  Never.  Do not get these post earrings wet.  The wood is very porous and will absorb the water and expand, greatly weakening the epoxy holding the posts on.  Do not get these wet.  Ever.

Q: Do you make plugs?

A:  Unfortunately, we do not make plugs at this time.  In the past we have made custom earring pieces without the post and the customer glued on the plug size that they wanted.

A: RETURNS ON PERSONALIZED OR CUSTOM ITEMS
If an item has been made to your specifications with personalization and you are simply unhappy with your order you must contact us within 5 business days. We will take all of your concerns into consideration at this time and make a fair and reasonable decision on the best way to handle your return. In most cases you will be responsible for the shipping to return the product to us and then will receive a partial refund or store credit.

NON PERSONALIZED OR CUSTOM ITEMS
If you have placed an order that did not include personalization and you are simply unhappy with your order you must contact us within 3 business days and return your package to us within 7 business days for a full refund of the cost of the goods. You will be responsible for the shipping costs.
